1. Project Manager


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


The job expertise may vary due to the development of the project-scope in order to achieve high quality standards. The main work consists of identifying improvements to the existing system independently and communicating them to the customer.


The Aim is to achieve International Code Compliance and International Standard Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management Objective of Construction Project Implementation.


- Reporting to Project Director.

- Provide expert opinion (inspection / assessment / auditing) on this task together with involved specialists

- Review Project Master schedule and provide advice to CLIENT

- Recommend the state-of-the-art technology or solution on the specific issues

- Submit the necessary reports & provide the explanation of performed activities, if necessary

- Co-ordination of major schedule between CLIENT, Designers and General contractor

- Providing the review opinion for Samsung documentations & Risk assessment

- Lead the project team and demonstrate leadership clarifying & guiding the team to achieve objectives and goal

- Participation in meeting with Designers and General contractor (subcontractors, if necessary) for the project progression

- Participation in meeting with the plant owner (CLIENT) for project discussion

- Perform other duties as necessary


Requirements:

- Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry working

- Good General knowledge of SEMI code (plus other relevant standards e.g. FM, NFPA, ... )

- EPC Turnkey Project Experience

- Experience in Fast Track Projects

- Experience in Construction Management/Planning and Implementation

- Experience with Safety and Regulation Compliance

- Experience with Environmental Health and Safety

- Experience in leading a team of Multi National Multi Disciplined Engineers

2. Chemical Systems Specialist


Requirements

Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry working with chemical supply system

- Good knowledge of SEMI code (and other standards e.g. FM, NFPA)

- Work experience in the design of chemical supply systems

- Work experience in either semiconductor plant construction, chemical supplier or equipment manufacturer

- Degree in engineering or chemistry (or equivalent)

- Report and communicate in English

- Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint)


Report to project manager

Assessment of Chemical supply systems (delivery/distribution to point of use).

- Review of the design, calculations, drawings, specifications and testing/commissioning procedures to suggest improvement in accordance to client’s specifications, 

  international standards and codes in addition industry relevant best practices

- Review of the design and installation of Cabinets, VMBs, VDSs, Sensors, Pumps and Tank

- Review of relevant documentation (e.g. P&IDs, PFDs, Shop drawings, Standard Operation Procedures, Bid packages / order specifications)

- Equipment and Piping Layout Optimization

- Double Containment Piping specification review

- Calculation of optimal dimension and pressure drop in Piping Systems

- Ensure all safety precautions have been taken by reviewing MSDS and proposed Safety equipment

- Review Leak prevention, detection and containment methods

- Review piping materials, sizes types of fittings, types of control valves and other control equipment

- Verification of the compatibility of material used and equipment (chemical storage and supply system, VMB, double containment pipe, leak detection, auto shut-off 

  valve) in design specification and drawing

- Make suggestions to improve quality and production as well as yield safety benefits to the Operation

- Summarize findings and provide Non-Conformance Report and Recommendation

- Discuss NCR and REC for corrective action with Designers and/or General Contractors

3. Gas Supply Systems Specialist


Requirements

Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry working with Bulk Gas and Specialty Gas system

- Knowledge of semiconductor facilities installation process

- Good knowledge of SEMI code (and other standards e.g. FM, NFPA, EIGA/BCGA)

- Work experience in the design of gas supply systems

- Work experience in either semiconductor plant construction, gas supplier or equipment manufacturer

- Degree in Engineering, (or equivalent)

- Report and communicate in English

- Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint)


Report to project manager

- Assessment of Gas supply systems (delivery/distribution to point of use)

- Review of the design, calculations, drawings, specifications and testing/commissioning procedures to suggest improvement in accordance to Client’s specifications, 

  international standards and codes in addition industry relevant best practices

- Review segregation and separation distances ensuring the necessary distances between Gas Types and other physical structures are observed

- Equipment and Piping Layout Optimization

- Double Containment Piping specification review

- Calculation of optimal dimension and pressure drop in Piping Systems

- Ensure all safety precautions have been taken by reviewing MSDS and proposed Safety equipment

- Review of Gas Panel, Gas Cabinet, VDS and VMB Design

4. Life Safety Specialist

5. Fire Protection Specialist 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assessment of Safety Systems and Protocols. Work Scope is included but not limited to

- Report to project manager

- Review of the design calculation, drawing, specification, sequence of Operations and testing/commissioning procedure to suggest improvement in accordance to 

  client's specification, international standards and codes in addition industry relevant best practices

- Ensure correct classification of explosion proof and chemical area and proper design are being considered

- Ensure fire escape routing, door lock de-activation during alarm, access to emergency eye wash and shower in accordance to international standard

- Summarize findings and provide as well as Discuss NCR and REC for corrective action with Designers and/or General Contractors

- Verification of the adequacy of equipment used (fire alarm sensor, fire sprinklers, gas suppression) in design specification and drawing

- Provide review opinion for Samsung documentation & Risk assessment for life safety and fire protection system

- Fire Separation Construction in buildings

- Building alarm systems (e.g. heat & smoke)

- Building fire protection systems (e.g. automatic sprinkler systems)

Assessment of Process Piping Systems and Associated Welding for Metallic Pipe (delivery/distribution to point of use)


Work Scope is included but not limited to:

Report to the PM

- Review and validate metallic pipe compatibility, supports and routing calculations, specifications and design

- Review of project specific WPSs & PQRs and provide improvement suggestions

- Review welder’s selection test and selection procedure especially on sensitive and critical pipe system for example Silane pipe

- Review and validate NDE procedural instructions, procedures & techniques, personnel & equipment used for testing/inspection. This includes leak check, air and 

  water pressure test

- Review QC plan for welding parts and provide advice

- Summarize findings and provide Non Conformance Report and Recommendation

- Discuss NCR and REC for corrective action with Designers and/or General Contractors

- Providing the review opinion for Samsung documentations & Risk assessment

- Submit the necessary reports & provide the explanation of performed activities, if necessary

Assessment of Process Piping supply systems Non Metallic and Welding (delivery, distribution to point of use)


Work Scope is included but not limited to:

- Report to the PM

- Review and validate metallic pipe compatibility, supports and routing calculations, specifications and design

- Review of different nonmetallic pipe materials preparation, bonding and installation procedures and provide improvement suggestions.

- Identify suitable pipe fittings to use to prevent unnecessary head loss and damage to the system.

- Review and validate NDE procedural instructions, procedures & techniques, personnel & equipment used for testing/inspection. This includes leak check, air and 

  water pressure test.

- Review QC plan for welding parts and provide advices

- Summarize findings and provide Non Conformance Report and Recommendation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The job expertise may vary due to the development of the project-scope in order to achieve high quality standards. The main work consists of identifying improvements to the existing system independently and communicating them to the customer.


The Aim is to achieve International Code Compliance and International Standard Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management Objective of Construction Project Implementation.


Assessment of WWT systems


Work Scope is included but not limited to:


Report to project manager

- Review of the design calculation, drawing, specification and testing/commissioning procedure to suggest improvement in accordance to CLIENT specification, 

  international standards and codes in addition industry relevant best practices.

- Look into chemical dosing and mixing efficiency of WWT system for coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation. Suggest best available technologies, if applicable.

- Look into best available aeration technologies and blower to achieve maximum cost saving. In general aeration consume about 60-70% of the overall energy used in 

  WWT plant

- Summarize findings and provide Non Conformance Report and Recommendation

- Discuss NCR and REC for corrective action with Designers and/or General Contractors

- Verification of the adequacy of material used and capacity of equipment's in design specification and drawing

- Provide review opinion for Samsung documentation & Risk assessment for WWT system

- Submit the necessary reports & provide the explanation of performed activities, if necessary
